Basically a device to allow EL to make a fairly sharp turn while under tension. It's a plastic pulley, nothing more. Scroll past the text to first two photos to see them in use: www.nmpproducts.com/blog/
Easy to make your own: I used 1" Delrin rod and turned a notch with a radius tool. Notch is .130" wide and .050" deep. I drilled it 11/64" thru the middle and mounted it with a #8 hex head sheetmetal screw (these work really well in many materials).
